To most of us life seems impossible without cell phones. Cell phone has become an important tool in our busy lives. Among technology, cell phone is the most device people are interested in.
Now with Symptoms of cell phone addiction:


- When you wake up the first thing you start your day with is checking your phone, and it’s probably the last thing you do before going to bed.
- While driving, you will desperately wait for the red lights to check on your cell phone. Or you would probably just text or email your friends while driving because you can’t wait.
- If you aren’t around your cell phone, or haven’t found it where you last set it you get mad and upset, and it feels for you like the end of the world.
- You would spend the whole night chatting and talking to your friends, and you don’t get enough sleep waking up sleep deprived.  - You would the cell phone with you in the bathroom.
- When you are on a date, and hanging out with friends, or having a family gathering, you keep staring at you phone and miss the real life. And it’s most likely that your friends or family get annoyed and they might find it disrespectful.
- You would have most f your meals with the phone in your hands.
- If your phone has died or your friend was late in his/her response to your text, you get stressed and anxious. 
- You get obsessed with the new upgrades of cell phones in the market.
- If someone interrupted you during your phone time, you get angry, and you would probably ignore any conversation taking place around you. You would prefer your phone over friends and family conversations.
- You would use your cell phone in inappropriate places despite the no cell phone signs. If your cell phone rings or beeps you check immediately even if you were in the middle of something important.
- You would sleep with the phone under your pillow, and you might fall asleep and your phone in your hands.
- You would feel frustrated if you haven’t checked your phone for a while and when you do you find no notifications.
So, do you think you are addicted to your cell phone? Probably yes, and that’s why you should try to control your phone usage because it has many negative impacts on your life.
