Cell phone is playing an important role in our lives. It is very hard to see a person without a cell phone. Even a little kid has a cell phone and he is capable of using it fluently without any problems. Cell phone helps us a lot, and gives us huge assistance, but still has several disadvantages.
As we know overusing a cell phone is not good for us and it will cause bad health issues. Cell phone creates some radiation which is not good for our brain. A person who is using cell phone for a long time will surely get health issues because of it. We must reduce our cell phone usage, and avoid using it for a long time and use it when it’s necessary.

Many of us, especially youngsters, listen to music using the headphones and most of the people are interested in listening to music with their headphones while riding their motorcycles or bicycles, and it is really a risky thing as it causes a lot of terrible accidents. Most of the two wheeler accidents are happening because of this activity.

Nowadays, everything in our lives had become fast that we don't have much time to meet with our friends and family. It is easier for us to make a call to them and ask about their updates. People used to meet their friends and their loved ones directly and ask about their news, but now it is easy to communicate with anyone using the phone and most people have taken that road, and reduced the gatherings and social reunions a lot. In a way or another, cell phones are invisibly converting us into introverts although they were basically made to communicate more.

Cell phone’s impact on the students is very bad, they are spending much time chatting and browsing online through their smart phones, and that definitely affects their studying activity negatively. Many students have turned to cell phone addicts which is a great disadvantage. Using cell phone is not something wrong, but overusing it is very dangerous, especially for the students as it wastes their time, and affects their future badly. Cell phones are made essentially for necessities.
After observations from researches it tells us that overusing a cell phone to keep in touch with other people nearly 24/7 leads to feeling of lonely and isolated and it might make you feel anxious and stressed.
Have you noticed that certain areas are now displaying "No cell phone use" signs? It's because people addicted to their cell phones don’t pay attention to where they are, they answer their phones in dates, in the restaurant, and they throw the common courtesy out the window. No one is interested in knowing the personal details of people in public places, and definitely we don’t like being disturbed by loud voices in transportation or waiting rooms.
However, the advantages or the disadvantages of using cell phones depend on the way we use them whether in right ways or in wrong ways.
